Lenovo has announced it will host its annual Tech World event on the opening day of CES 2026 at the Sphere in Las Vegas, marking the first time the showcase has been integrated into the broader CES platform.
The event will feature Lenovo Chairman and CEO, Yuanqing Yang, delivering a keynote that outlines the company’s Ai-driven innovation strategy, product pipeline and major global partnerships, including work with Formula 1 and FIFA.
Lenovo Taps Into CES Audience
Tech World has been Lenovo’s flagship platform for a decade, offering updates on product innovation and strategic direction. This time, it will reach a larger audience than ever, embedded within the world’s biggest technology trade show.
Yuanqing Yang said the decision to bring Tech World to CES was about expanding impact.
“Over the past decade, Tech World has become Lenovo’s key platform to reveal our vision, showcase our innovation and launch our most exciting products, solutions and partnerships,” he said.
“Now, set against the backdrop of CES 2026, we’ll give the audience an exclusive look at how our technology has revolutionised F1, unveil our plans for the first-ever Ai-powered FIFA World Cup next summer and create a hyper-personalised agent-native experience for individuals while unleashing Lenovo Hybrid Ai Advantage for enterprise customers,” he added.
He said the Sphere was an ideal venue for this announcement due to its immersive capabilities.
Strategic Partnership With Sphere Studios
The keynote marks the beginning of a multi-year partnership between Lenovo and Sphere Studios, with Lenovo named an Official Technology Partner.
Jennifer Koester, President and COO of Sphere, said the relationship would enable new ways to engage audiences.
“As a venue at the forefront of innovation, Sphere is a powerful platform for visionary brands looking to create transformative events and experiences,” she said.

“We are honoured to collaborate with Lenovo not only to help bring their vision to life during this CES keynote but also as part of our broader partnership that will leverage Lenovo technology to deliver immersive experiences across all Sphere events.”
CES Presence Backed By Technology Integration
Lenovo’s own high-performance workstations and infrastructure platforms will power not only its CES showcase but also the production processes at Sphere Studios. This integration includes content creation for Tech World itself.
The partnership will extend beyond CES, with Lenovo continuing to support Sphere Studios in developing immersive content. Lenovo’s end-to-end platforms are already embedded in Sphere Studios’ workflows.
CTA CEO and Vice Chair, Gary Shapiro, welcomed Lenovo’s decision to take to the CES stage.
“CES is where innovators show up, and I look forward to seeing Yuanqing Yang’s vision for the technology solving big global challenges come to life at the incredible Sphere,” he said.
Sport, Ai And Spectacle
This year’s Tech World will include insights into how Lenovo’s hybrid Ai platform will be used across global sporting events and industries.
As a global technology partner for both Formula 1 and the FIFA World Cup 26, as well as the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, Lenovo is highlighting how Ai and its infrastructure portfolio will underpin fan engagement and enterprise operations.
Tech World will also feature appearances from tech leaders, artists and influencers. Further announcements on guests are expected later in 2025.
Public Showcase
Lenovo’s keynote is scheduled for Tuesday, January 6 at 17.00 PT. Attendance is open to CES-credentialed guests, with details around ticketing and logistics to be released in October.
The event will cover Lenovo’s approach to hybrid Ai across public, enterprise and personal applications, with examples from education, healthcare, manufacturing and workplace transformation.
By anchoring Tech World at CES, Lenovo aims to broaden its reach across business, media and technology communities.
The company said the move reflects a wider ambition to lead with Ai solutions that power meaningful and measurable digital transformation.
