Acer announced the expansion of its Copilot+ PC lineup, introducing the Swift Go 14 Ai and Swift 14 Ai laptops. These new devices aim to enhance performance and productivity with extended battery life.
The Swift Go 14 Ai is powered by the Snapdragon X Plus 8-core processor in a portable design. Acer has also unveiled the Swift 14 Ai, featuring the latest AMD Ryzen Ai 300 Series processors. These processors are built on the AMD XDNA 2 architecture, providing increased Ai processing power.
Acer’s new laptops are designed for users who need to work, create, or stream on the go. The devices include on-device Ai applications to improve daily tasks and digital experiences.

Copilot+ PC Experiences and Ai Features
The Copilot+ PCs are designed to enhance user interaction with their devices. These laptops feature Cocreator, which generates images in near real-time based on descriptions. Live Captions can translate speech from 44 languages and present captions during live videos or movies. Windows Studio Effects come with Ai-driven features such as Background Blur, Eye Contact, and Creative Filters to improve video calls and livestreams.
The Swift Ai laptops also include Acer’s AcerSense utility application, enabling users to manage system settings, Ai features, and customisations with ease. Acer’s Ai-enhanced conferencing tools, such as PurifiedView 2.0 and PurifiedVoice 2.0, help users maintain professional appearances during online meetings. The devices automatically configure these tools when the webcam and microphone are activated.
Acer has also incorporated User Sensing technology, which locks the screen when users step away. The proximity sensor ensures data stays protected, and users can easily log back in using Windows Hello.
Acer Swift Go 14 Ai: Built for Everyday Users

The Swift Go 14 Ai, part of Acer’s Copilot+ PC line, offers a balance between high performance and accessibility. It runs on the Snapdragon X Plus platform, featuring 8 high-performance CPU cores that reach speeds of up to 3.4 GHz. The integrated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU delivers up to 45 TOPS, making it capable of handling demanding tasks with ease. The laptop can be equipped with up to 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and 1 TB NVMe PCIe Gen 4 SSD for smooth multi-tasking and large storage capacity.
With up to 28 hours of video playback, the Swift Go 14 Ai ensures long-lasting battery life even under heavy workloads.

For entertainment, the Swift Go 14 Ai features a 14.5-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600) IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and support for 100 per cent sRGB colour gamut. Its dual speakers, enhanced with DTSUltra audio, offer rich sound. A 1440p QHD IR camera with a privacy shutter ensures clear video quality while maintaining privacy when not in use.
The design is sleek and lightweight, incorporating an Ai Activity Indicator on the touchpad, which lights up when the NPU or Copilot is active. The laptop also features a 180-degree hinge, allowing it to be used from various angles. Connectivity options include two USB 4.0 Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
Acer Swift 14 Ai: Ai Power for Intensive Workloads

The Acer Swift 14 Ai is built for more demanding users, offering advanced Ai tools and assistants. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen Ai 9 365 processor, providing responsive performance even during heavy multitasking. The AMD XDNA 2 architecture and Zen 5 cores deliver up to 50 TOPS of Ai processing power, allowing for smooth execution of local Ai workloads.
This model also offers up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and 2 TB of NVMe PCIe Gen 4 storage, ensuring fast and efficient performance for a wide range of tasks.
The Swift 14 Ai features a thin and lightweight design, weighing just 1.32 kg. Its display options include a 14-inch OLED WQXGA (2880×1800) screen with VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 and Eyesafe 2.0 certification, providing vibrant visuals with a peak brightness of 500 nits. Alternatively, users can choose a WQXGA IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
For audio, the Swift 14 Ai includes dual speakers with DTSUltra technology. It also comes with a 1440p QHD IR HDR camera with a privacy shutter for video calls. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A 3.2 ports, and HDMI 2.1.
Pricing and Availability
The Acer Swift Go 14 Ai (SFG14-01) will be available in Australia starting in Q4 2024, with prices starting at $1,399.
The Acer Swift 14 Ai (SF14-61/T) will also be available in Australia in Q4 2024, starting at $2,799.
