Technology services firm and laptop provider, Data#3, has opened a new office in Perth as it expands its investment in Western Australia. The launch signals a renewed focus on local customers and communities as the company grows its national footprint.
The office is located in the Perth CBD and was officially opened on 8 August by Minister for Regional Development, Ports, Science and Innovation, Medical Research and Kimberley, Stephen Dawson MLC.
He was joined by Linda Pickering, Parliament Liaison Officer for the Office of the Minister, alongside Data#3 Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Brad Colledge and General Manager for Western Australia, Vince Troth.
Representatives from Microsoft and Cisco, two of Data#3’s technology partners, were also in attendance, along with WA management staff and customers.
Commitment To Regional Customers
Colledge said the new facility marks a continuation of the company’s commitment to delivering tailored technology services to customers across the state.
“This new office embodies our commitment to driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions for the people of Western Australia,” he said.
“It stands as a testament to our long-term investment in the region and our unwavering belief in the power of technology to shape a better future for all. We look forward to fostering new collaborations and strengthening our support for organisations across the state.”
The office is designed to provide a collaborative working environment for the WA team, supporting delivery across cloud, security, data analytics and managed services.
Troth, who used the event as his first official engagement in his new role as General Manager, said the opening represented more than a new physical space.
“This is more than an office opening,” he said. “It’s a demonstration of the confidence in our people, our leadership and Data#3’s direction in Western Australia.”
